Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to 'Order Status' at the top menu on the homepage. Sign in to your account with the username and password allocated to you when you created an account. This page lists all your recent orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. If you did not create an account, you need to do so in order to view all future orders .

Q: How do I see my custom printing job?
A: Once you purchase your custom printing job, please allow us 1-3 days to work on your order and then a JPEG will be emailed to you for your approval. If you are satisfied with the results, email us back in reply to the same email sent for your approval and we will print your order and usually the next day it will be shipped to you. You will receive a shipping confirmation once sent. Most times, the entire custom printing process takes less than 2 days total, but please allow us time just in case.

Q: If I get custom printing, does the back of the invite still have the 'fill-in' lines and art work on it?
A: No, the back of a custom printed invite is totally blank except for a small copyright in the bottom right corner.

Q: How do you ship?
A: All of our orders are shipped through the United States Postal Office (USPS).

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We do everything in our power to save you money on shipping which usually entails shipping flat rate in most cases. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Usually orders leave our facility the same business day if before 1:30 pm CST, but if the order is made afterwards, it will be shipped the next business day. For customized orders such as custom printing for invitations, as soon as the proof is approved by you, we usually ship the order out the next business day. 

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: We only ship internationally to Canada. We are in the process of acclimating to other international locations but as of right now, that only includes Canada and the United States. Please check back periodically on the status of our international shipping.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: All non-personalized items are 100% money back guaranteed within 30 days. Due to the nature of personalized products, returns are not allowed. In the case of customized products, please make sure you are satisfied with the proof that is emailed to you. If you decide that you are unhappy with the proof, your money will be refunded in full at once. However, once you OK the proof, no refunds will be given.
